Other Activities
There are regular teachings with Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche, Pema Wangyal Rinpoche and Rangdröl Rinpoche. These activities vary:

  • Conferences - Public
Open and aimed towards the population in General.
  • Teachings
The teachers instruct frequently in sessions ranging from 1 to 5 days. In this case no specific authorizations are required in order to attend. It is preferable that one withholds some knowledge of the pillars and philosophy of Tibetan Buddhism.
  • Retreats – Open
In October 2008 the first Open Retreat was held in Portugal as an alternative to the traditional Closed Retreats, which usually last 3 years, 3 months and 3 days. In Open Retreats, the student pledges to maintain a set of daily practices whose purpose is to train the mind. Currently, those who are interested can still join this group of students. In order to do so, it is necessary to contact the Foundation's secretariat.
