Visit of Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche to Portugal

Forthcoming session of the Shamatha Meditation retreat (April 2018)
25 - 30 of April
The next Shamatha Meditation Retreat will take place between
April 25th, 2018 (Wednesday), at 09:30, and
April 30th, 2018 (Monday), at 13:00, at Hotel do Sado in the city of Setúbal.
This Retreat will be open to all participants wishing to participate. Two options are available:
- 1 day: Wednesday, April 25th.
- 5 and a half days: from Wednesday, April 25th, to Monday, April 30th.

Silent Retreat. Therefore, all participants should refrain from talking during the entire duration of the retreat.

Regular Activities
The KRF regularly organizes conferences, teachings and retreats; these are held with the guidance of Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche, Pema Wangyal Rinpoche, Rangdröl Rinpoche, and other teachers. The KRF also oversees the following activities:

Food Offerings to the Homeless
Through the C.A.S.A. Project we have the possibility to participate in this important initiative, which is currently ongoing in many cities in Portugal.
Release of Animals
Every 15th and 30th days of the lunar calendar.
