The new center
The Kangyur Rinpoche Foundation is pleased to announce the start of construction of the the New Temple and Cultural Center of Covão da Águia, in Monchique, in January 2025, under the inspiration, guidance and supervision of Pema Wangyal Rinpoche and Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche and in accordance with the vision of Amalá – Jampa Chökyi.
The new center will have capacity for 400 people and all the necessary facilities to host large cultural events (conferences, gatherings, retreats, etc.).
Making this Cultural Center a reality requires everyone’s support. Any amount is a step towards establishing this space.
