Monthly Practice Sessions
In the calendar below you can check the dates for the monthly practices and animal releases, organized by Fundação Kangyur Rinpoche, Songtsen – Casa da Cultura do Tibete and Stupa – Associação para a Paz do Mundo.
You can access the Zoom codes by clicking on the calendar entries for each of the practices.
The text of the practice, synchronized with the recording, will be available on the video of the organizer (host), for those who want to follow the practice on screen. This is particularly important for Tsok sessions where no paper or pdf texts are available.
Zoom sessions start 5 minutes before to give time to access the meeting.
According to Rinpoche’s instructions, we remind you that only those who are participating, or have already participated, in the Parallel Retreat Groups, or who have Rinpoche’s indications to do so, should attend Tsok sessions and special days.
In addition to the practices marked on the calendar, the following daily sessions also take place:
- 8:30 AM – Shower of Blessings (every day except weekends)

- 7:30 AM – Mercado do Peixe (Quarteira)
- 8:30 AM – “Ricardo Iscos & Mariscos” (Portimão)
- 12:00 AM – Marina de Cascais
- 5:30 PM – Vila Praia de Âncora (Caminha)
