We are pleased to announce the dates for Tsok sessions, monthly practices and animal releases that will take place, during next month, organized by Fundação Kangyur Rinpoche and Songtsen – Casa da Cultura do Tibete, and the in-person practices, taking place at Malhão’s Stupa, organized by Stupa – Associação para a Paz do Mundo.

The text of the practice, synchronized with the recording, will be available on the video of the organizer (host), for those who want to follow the practice on screen. This is particularly important for Tsok sessions where no paper or pdf texts are available.

Zoom sessions start 5 minutes before to give time to access the meeting.

According to Rinpoche’s instructions, we remind you that only those who are participating, or have already participated, in the Parallel Retreat Groups, or who have Rinpoche’s indications to do so, should attend Tsok sessions and special days.
