Payment Policy:
A 30% deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. This can be paid via a secure Reduniq link, bank transfer, or MBWay. Payment details will be sent by the hotel.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancel or rebook free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Late cancellations will be charged 30% of the total reservation. In case of a no-show, 100% of the total will be charged.
